We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Heyepet. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
You have **30 days** from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs
Heyepet is committed to customer satisfaction; therefore, **we will cover the cost of return shipping** for all eligible returns. Please contact our support team to request a prepaid return label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Currently, all our products are eligible for return as long as they meet the "Return" criteria mentioned above. There are no specific perishable or hygiene-related exclusions at this time.
